When is the ADM for Stima Investment Coop and any insights on the dividend rate that Stima Investment will declare this year?

Things are thick on that end. The houses are not moving (never mind that they are still breaking ground for more projects elsewhere)

Interest from borrowings, possibly to fund construction works. If you compare Safaricom Investments Coop vs Stima, you will see the difference in leadership and returns, not blaming the election etc.

I dont know if my memory serves me well but AGM FY16 they told members that 3000 of the monthly contributions will go towards a project (someone remember this?) How does that play here?

They just wanted EVERY SHAREHOLDER to contribute a minimum of 3k per month.
